Balagan is creating military history articles and wargaming rules, scenarios, etc
I give away a lot of cool stuff on balagan.info and support the Crossfire WWII (groups.io) by paying for hosting. I would love to keep giving away my material for free and supporting the Crossfire community, but, with costs rising, I need help to do that.
As a taster of what I give away, I have free downloads of the recent Tilly’s Very Bad Day Rules, Populous, Rich, and Rebellious – English Civil War Campaign. Further back you can find the first version Twilight of the Sun King, before it became a commercial product.
I write a lot of Crossfire material, including scenarios, battle reports, house rules, clarifications and musing on the rules. Plus I’ve started publishing give away supplements starting with Crossfire Freebie 1: Mini-Scenarios.
Tilly’s Very Bad Day also has a wealth of free material, again including scenarios, battle reports, house rules, clarifications and musing on the rules.
So I’ve created a Patreon account for those of you who are willing and able to help me out. Contribute whatever you can for as long as you are comfortable. There are different tiers but they are all for “General Support”. The idea is, of course, to keep giving stuff away free on balagan.info and elsewhere.
